Emma Stone Echoes Michelle Williams' Canary Oscars Dress at Premiere

Red carpet nostalgia! Emma Stone echoed Michelle Williams' beloved canary gown from the 2006 Oscars, as the Amazing Spider-Man star attended the movie's world-premiere on Thursday, April 10. The beautiful redhead effortlessly pulled off an ensemble that looked remarkably similar to Williams' head-turning number.

Stone, 25, shimmered in a bright yellow Versace number, alongside real-life boyfriend (and costar!) Andrew Garfield at the Odeon Leicester Square. She accessorized her gown with David Webb jewelry and Christian Louboutin shoes, topping her glam look with a bold cherry lip color.

Williams, 33, rocked a very similar ensemble when she attended the 78th Academy Awards eight years ago. The Dawson's Creek alum wore a cleavage-baring canary Vera Wang gown with her blonde locks pulled back in a loose low bun. Like Stone, Williams went for rouge lips, but added a simple silver necklace to style her gown. (At the time, the actress was escorted by then-boyfriend Heath Ledger, with whom she shares 7-year-old daughter Matilda. Ledger tragically passed away in 2008.)
